Buyers registered with Verticalnet enjoy all the rights and privileges set forth in these Verticalnet Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms of Service") when purchasing Mall items from our carefully selected partner sellers (hereinafter referred to as "Mall Sellers," hereinafter referred to as "Mall Buyers") on the Verticalnet platform (as defined below). Similarly, if you are a Mall Seller, continuing to participate in the Verticalnet platform constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions of these Verticalnet Terms of Service. These Verticalnet Terms of Service supplement and form part of the Verticalnet Terms of Service and other policies—please read the Verticalnet Terms of Service and other policies available on the website, which contain important information about your rights and obligations. Any terms used in these Verticalnet Terms of Service not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Service and/or applicable Verticalnet policies. All terms and conditions described in these Verticalnet Terms of Service are subject to change by Verticalnet at its sole discretion in accordance with the Terms of Service. You can return your item within 15 days of pickup or delivery.
Your item must be:

▶️With proof of purchase;
▶️Used with any gifts that came with the product.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If you used USDT or ETH, refunds will take one business day to appear in your account; with bank wire transfers, refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

My Item Has a Problem
If you still need to return the item (within the first 15 days), we will offer you an exchange, replacement, or refund.
After this period, as long as the product is still under warranty, we will arrange repairs using our professional repair agents, or, if repair is not possible, a replacement or replacement of your item. How long will my refund take?
If the merchant has not processed your refund request after you purchased the item, you can apply for a refund within 24 hours. We will process your request immediately. If you submit your refund request after 24 hours, it will take 72 hours to become effective.
If you return the item to the Verticalnet store, we can issue a refund immediately. It takes one business day to process the funds and credit them to your account. If you paid via bank wire transfer, you will receive your refund via bank wire transfer, which may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
If you return the item by mail, please wait up to two weeks. We will begin the refund process as soon as we receive it. It may take up to one business day for the refund to appear in your account. Once processed, we will not be able to track the progress of your refund, but don't worry; you will receive a confirmation once it is processed!
Please remember that all returned items must comply with our return policy and must be unused in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
What constitutes proof of purchase?
These are proof of purchase from Verticalnet:

Can I return it if there are no problems?
According to our return policy, this product can be returned to any Verticalnet store.
